As of July 1, 2026 the electronic medical records software in our office will be updated to EPIC. Our current system will be retired at the same time.

What this means for patient care:

• Our staff is very busy taking care of patient needs throughout this conversion.

• Please be patient while we learn a new system.

• Phone hold lines may be longer while we review the new charts in EPIC to be sure all patient information is accurately recorded.

• Patients will be asked to bring ID cards, Insurance cards and to review their current demographics at all visits.

• Come early for your appointment so we may review your demographics

• Please call for Medication Refills prior to completion to give us enough time to review and complete them before your prescription is exhausted.

• Providers may take longer in your appointment to review the charts in EPIC to be sure all patient information is accurately recorded, causing delays.

What this means for patient records:

• All patients who currently use the portal for eclinical works and Healow will need to sign up for MyChart instead.

• All patients were sent an email with sign up information from MyChart.

• Patient medical records will be retained as per Hipaa requirements.
